摘　　要：目的探讨如何提高临床生化检验质量。方法分析影响生化检验质量的相关因素,然后提出提升生化检验质量的相关举措。结果影响生化检验质量的因素包括:生理因素,药物及饮食因素,标本采集、处理及保存因素,试剂因素,设备因素,检测方法及检验人员素质等。根据相关影响因素,采取有针对性的质控举措,以提升生化检验质量,确保检验结果真实可靠。结论分析影响检验结果的相关因素,并采取有针对性的质控举措,可有效提升检验质量,为疾病的预防、诊断及治疗提供精确、可靠的科学依据。Objective To investigate how to improve the quality of clinical biochemistry. Affect the quality of biochemical tests to analyze the relevant factors, and then proposed to enhance the quality of biochemical tests related initiatives. Biochemical test re- sults affect the quality of the following factors： physiological factors, drugs and dietary factors, specimen collection, handling and preservation factors, reagents factors, equipment factors, testing methods and test the quality of personnel and so on. According to the relevant factors, quality control take targeted initiatives to improve the quality of biochemical tests to ensure true and reliable test results. Conclusion The analysis of the test results of the relevant factors, and targeted quality control measures, which can ef- fectively improve the quality of testing for disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment to provide accurate and reliable scientific evidence.
