摘 要:选用WC、TaC、Co粉和稀土粉末配制不同稀土含量的WC-0.4TaC-10Co合金混合料,经球磨后压制,在1 380℃温度下真空烧结.测试烧结试样的机械性能,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察其微观形貌.结果表明:轻稀土的添加有助于增加合金的致密度,重稀土的添加有助于增加合金的横向断裂强度.另外,稀土的添加可以抑制WC晶粒的长大,但稀土的加入对试样的硬度没有明显影响.WC-0.4TaC -10Co cemented carbides alloy mixture with different RE content were made of WC, TaC and Co powder by ball milling. The sample was pressed and vacuum sintering at 1 380 ℃. The properties of the sintering sample were tested and the microstructure was observed by SEM. The results show that the addition of light RE helps to increase the density of the alloy and the heavy RE helps to increase the transverse rupture strength of the alloy. Besides, the addition of RE can inhibit the grain growth but have no significant effect on the hardness of the sample.
