摘  要:采用THMS600热台联用偏光显微镜(PLM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)研究了PLLA/PEO晶/晶共混物的结晶行为.结果表明,左旋-聚乳酸PLLA/聚氧化乙烯PEO(50/50)共混物较之纯PLLA易形成更松散、更大球晶,表明该球晶中有片晶相互穿插或纤晶相互穿插结构的形成.PLLA/PEO共混物中PLLA相、PEO相熔点分别低于纯PLLA、纯PEO熔点,说明共混体系中两组分虽然相继结晶,但其结晶行为并非完全独立,而是相互影响和制约.Crystallization behavior of poly ( L - lactic acid) (PLLA)/poly ( ethylene oxide) (PEO) crystal- line/crystalline blend was studied by polarized light microscope (PLM) connected with a THMS600 hot - stage and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results indicated that the PLLA/PEO (50/50) blend produced the comparatively looser, bigger and coarser spherulites due to the formation of the interla-mellar or interfibrillar structures. Tm of the PLLA phase and Tm of the PEO in the blend were both lower than those of pure PLLA and pure PEO, suggesting that two components crystallized separately but the crystallization processes were not fully independent, i. e. , the crystallization of the one component in the blend may be influenced by the other constituent.
