我院23例使用万古霉素患者的病例调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院万古霉素的使用情况，分析其用药合理性。方法参照卫生部《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》，对2013年1-9月我院新区23例使用万古霉素的住院患者病例进行调查分析。结果在本次调查中，合理应用12例（52．2％），基本合理应用8例（34．8％），不合理应用3例（13％），平均用药9．7d，无明显不良反应发生。结论我院万古霉素的使用基本合理，临床应注意控制药物联用，监测血药浓度，实施个体化给药方案，减少不良反应的发生。Objective To understand the application status of vancomycin in our hospital and analyze its application rationality. Methods Referring to Antibacterial Drugs for Clinical Use Guiding Principle promulgated tJy the Ministry of Public Health, the medical records of 23 patients taking vancomyein were investigated and analyzed from January to September 2013 in our hospital. Results 12 cases （52.2%） were administrated vancomycin rationally, 8 cases （34.8%） relatively rationally, and 3 cases （13%） irrationally. The average treatment time was 9.7 days. No case occurred obvious adverse reaction. Conclusions Vancomycin application is relatively rational in our hospital. However, drug combination should be controlled, blood concentrations monitored, and personalized medication scheme implemented to reduce adverse reactions.
