摘 要:目的:为开展区域卫生规划和医疗机构设置规划提供技术与方法借鉴。方法:利用文献综述法,梳理国内外卫生资源规划的新技术与新方法,对卫生资源配置标准制定、医疗机构服务区域划分、医疗机构布局规划三个领域进行方法学述评。结果:近年来空间数据处理技术的发展极大促进了卫生资源规划领域中许多复杂数理建模方法的应用。但我国研究较多停留在传统医疗资源数量测算方法上,对计算机辅助规划技术、复杂性系统建模方法的研究较少。结论:建议加强地理信息系统等计算机辅助规划技术的应用,开发满足规划目的的决策支持系统。Objective: To provide new techniques and methods for planning area health and medical institution allocation. Methods: Using literature review method to process the methodology summary on the new techniques and methods of domestic and abroad heahh resource planning, the standard designing of heahh resource allocation, the division of medical institution service field and medical institution allocation plan. Results: In recent years, the development of spatial data processing technique has improved the application of many complicated mathematical modeling methods in the field of health resource plan. However, the current research in China is limited within the numeral measurement of health resources. Conclusion: It is suggested to strengthen the application of computer assistance planning technique like geography information system, explore the decision supporting system of planning objective.
