摘　　要：目的为了尽快完善沈阳市大东区慢性病综合防治体系,推动社区卫生服务与慢性病防治相结合的综合防治工作,为制定大东区慢性病防治对策提供参考依据。方法采取多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,随机抽取大东区28个社区2 449名18岁以上居民进行慢性病患病率及相关危险因素调查。结果大东区居民高血压患病率为17.35%,糖尿病患病率为4.12%,男女性慢性病患病率均随着年龄的增长而上升;吸烟、饮酒、缺乏运动和超重等因素是社区慢性病的主要危险因素。结论大东区高血压和糖尿病发病处于中等水平,随着年龄的增加患病率明显上升。因此,针对居民中的吸烟、有害饮酒及活动量不足等慢性病主要危险因素采取干预措施,加强健康教育,提高居民的健康知识水平、控制危险因素的技能和居民的生活质量,已经成为当前公共卫生面临的重大问题,也是疾病预防控制工作的重要内容。OBJECTIVE In order to improve the Shenyang＇s Dadong District system for the prevention and control of chronic non- communicable diseases as soon as possible, to promote community health service and combined comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases, and provided a reference for chronic non-communicable disease control and prevention countermeasures for the Shenyang Dadong District Methods by random sampling of Dadong district 2 449 residents beyond 18 in 28 communities to make a survey of chronic disease prevalence and associated risk factors. RESULTS Hypertension prevalence rate was 17.35% in samples, the prevalence was 4.12%, and both men and women＇s chronic disease prevalence increased with age; smoking, drinking, lack of exercise and being overweight is a major risk factor for chronic disease community. CONCLUSION The onset of hypertension and diabetes of Dadong District in the medium level. With the increase of age, incidence increased obviously. Therefore, taking measures for smoking, harmful drinking, lack of physical activity and other major chronic diseases risk factors in crowd. By strengthen the health education to improve the residents＂ health knowledge level and control the risk factors of skills, improve the quality of people＇s life, has become a major problem faced by public health. It is also an important work of disease control and prevention work.
