摘　　要：分析了综合火力毁伤行动时效性的内涵,将其分解为"达到规定效果下的时间特性"和"规定时间条件下所达到的作战效果"两类问题。从打击准备、行动时机、火力协同和打击实施等4个方面建立了综合火力毁伤行动的时效性总体评价模型,以及时机子评价模型、时序子评价模型和时耗子评价模型。The paper analyses the damage including the time characteristic under assigned Base on the phase of fire preparation, action action timeliness＇ meaning of integrated firepower, effect and the reachable effect under assigned time. opportunity, fire cooperation and fire execution, it establishes the general evaluation model of integrated fire damage action timeliness and the sub-model of time opportunity, time sequence and time consumption.
