摘　　要：目的 探讨经尿道2μm激光内切开术治疗尿道狭窄的疗效和安全性.方法 2011年3月至2012年3月对33例尿道狭窄患者应用2μm激光行内切开治疗,观察其临床效果.结果 本组31例手术成功.拔除尿管后均能自主排尿,术后3月最大尿流率（17.5±9.3） ml/s.结论 应用经尿道2μm激光内切开术治疗尿道狭窄具有出血少、围术期安全性高、并发症少等优点,而且操作安全简便,是较为理想的微创手术治疗方法.Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of 2 μm continuous wave laser urethrotomy for treatment of patients with urethral stricture.Methods Thirty-three patients with urethral stricture from March 2011 to March 2012 were selected as our subjects and all were undergone 2 μm continuous wave laser urethrotomy.The clinical information was recorded.Results All the operations were successful and the patients got fluent urination immediately after the catheter removal and the maximal urinary flow rate was （17.5 ± 9.3）ml/s.Conclusion The therapy of 2 μm continuous wave laser is a superior micro-invasive surgery method for patients with urethral stricture due to less blood loss,high safety,convenient operation and infrequent complications.
