摘　　要：砌块成形机是振动利用的典型设备,主要介绍了液压激振技术的研究及液压激振在砌块成型机中的应用。经过实践证明,液压激振器与机械激振器相比较,具有无级调频、调幅、系统简单和操作方便等优点,并能产生更大的振动加速度、幅值,更加节能,完全可以应用于实际生产中。The block forming machine is a typical equipment using vibration.The researches of the hydraulic vibration technology and the meaning of using hydraulic vibration in the block forming machine are introduced.By the practice,the hydraulic vibrator is more effective than the mechanical vibrator in the stepless frequency modulation and the amplitude modulation,simple and convenient.It can produce a greater acceleration and a vibration amplitude.
