摘  要:目的对比研究生理状态下大鼠大网膜I型与II型乳斑内CD68、CD163阳性巨噬细胞的数量。方法 SD大鼠大网膜铺片,CD68、CD163双重标记,免疫荧光显微镜下观察计数CD68、CD163阳性巨噬细胞,对比分析I型与II型乳斑内CD68、CD163阳性巨噬细胞的数量。结果 I型与II型乳斑内均可见CD68阳性、CD163阳性巨噬细胞;I型乳斑内CD68阳性巨噬细胞与CD163阳性巨噬细胞数量比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);II型乳斑内CD68阳性巨噬细胞与CD163阳性巨噬细胞数量对比差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);I型与II型乳斑内CD68阳性巨噬细胞与CD163阳性巨噬细胞的数量基本相同。结论生理状态下大鼠大网膜I型与II型乳斑内均存在CD68、CD163阳性巨噬细胞;均存在巨噬细胞的极化分型,主要以M2型巨噬细胞的形式存在,推断乳斑具有发挥降低炎症反应,发挥组织修复的功能。Objective To compare the number of CD68 and CD163 positive macrophages in type I and type II milky spots in o mentum majus of rats under the physiology condition. Methods The omenta of SD rats were prepared, macrophages were labeled by CD68 and CD163, and CD163 and CI)68 positive macrophages were observed and calculated by immunofluorescence microscopy, the numbers of CD68 and CD163 positive macrophages in type I and type II milky spots were comparatively analyzed. Results The numbers of CD68 and CD163 positive macrophages in type I milky spots had no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05), and the numbers of CD68 and CD163 positive macrophages in type II milky spots had no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05 ). The number of CD68 and CD163 positive macrophages were basically same in type I and type II milky spots. Conclusion CD68 and CD163 positive macrophages exist in type I and type II milky spots in omentum majus of rats under the physiology condition; polarization types of macrophages exists in the milky spots. Macrophages exist mainly in the form of M2 macrophages. It is inferred that milk spots had the function of tissue repair and in flammation reduction.
