摘  要:用端羟基液体丁腈橡胶(HTBN)与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯进行反应得到HTBN预聚体,用其对环氧树脂(EP)进行化学改性制备HTBN/EP复合材料,考察了无机填料的种类和用量对复合材料耐磨性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜对材料磨损表面进行了观察。结果表明,与单独填充陶瓷微珠、陶瓷微珠/二硫化钼(质量比1∶1)相比,用质量分数为150%(以HTBN/EP复合材料的质量为100%计)的陶瓷微珠/金刚砂混合填料(质量比1∶1)填充HTBN/EP复合材料,复合材料的耐磨性能较好,表面磨损程度较小。Hydroxy-terminated liquid nitrile rubber (HTBN) prepolymer was synthesized by reacted HTBN with 2,4-toluene diisocyarate, and using the prepolymer to modify epoxy resin(EP) , the HTBN/EP composites were prepared. The effect of kind and amount of inorganic filler on abrasion resistance of the composites was investigated, and the friction surface morphology of the composites was characterized by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the ab rasion resistance of the HTBN/EP composites was better andwear degree on the composites surface was lower when the composite was filled with ceramic-bead/corundum( mass ratio 1 : 1 ) mixed filler( mass fraction 150% , by amount of HTBN/ EP composites 100% ) compared to that filled with pure ce- ramic-bead or ceramic-bead/MoS2 ( mass ratio 1 : 1 ).
