摘 要:以V2O5为原料、脂肪醇为萃取剂,在较为温和的条件下制备了钒醇配合物(VOCl3·nROH),用其为催化剂、Al2Et3Cl3为助催化剂催化乙烯聚合。结果表明,该催化剂体系聚合烯烃的活性及催化效率均高于VOCl3/Al2Et3Cl3催化剂体系;较低的温度对VOCl3·nROH/Al2Et3Cl3体系催化乙烯聚合有利。Homogeneous vanadium-based compounds are still dominant catalysts in olefin polymerization due to its outstanding copolymerization capability in both high comonomer incorporation and homogeneous chain length dis tribution. However, the traditional vanadium compounds, such as VOCI3 , have very low activity, and their preparation process are not envi ronmental-friendly because chlorination reactions at higher temperature are involved. The vanadium alcohol complex (VOC13 . nROH ) is pre pared using the V2O3 as raw material by extracting V2O5 with aliphaticalcohol from aqueous solution in mild conditions,
