摘  要:研究利用含非离子表面活性剂的水溶液吸收废气中的甲苯。考察了不同种类的Tween系列表面活性剂、助表面活性剂及其浓度对溶液的甲苯吸收率的影响。结果表明,Tween系列表面活性剂中Tween-20的水溶液对甲苯的吸收效果最佳,吸收率随Tween-20浓度的增加而增加,添加Span-20、Span-80和三磷酸丁酯(TBP)有利于改进Tween-20水溶液对甲苯的吸收,吸收率随其添加量的逐渐增加而增加,但当增加到一定量时,吸收率不再增加,其中TBP的加入对提高Tween-20水溶液的吸收效果最明显,可提高25%左右。The aqueous solutions containing nonionic surfactants were studied for absorbing toluene from waste gases containing it. The effects of different Tween surfactants and the cosurfactants as well as their concentrations on the absorption efficiency were investigated. The results showed that the Tween-20 was the best one in the Tween surfactants, and the absorption efficiency of toluene increased with the concentration of Tween-20. Adding cosurfactant Span-20, Span-80 or tributyl phosphate(TBP) into Tween-20 aqueous solution was benefit to improve the absorption of toluene, and the absorption efficiency of toluene increased with the concentration of the cosurfactant when the cosurfactant was in low concentration, but when the concentration of the cosurfactant increased to a certain level, the absorption no longer increased. The Tween-20 aqueous solution contained TBP showed the highest absorption efficiency, which was approximately 25%higher than that of the pure Tween-20 aqueous solution.
