摘  要:以H2S和N2模拟含硫工业气体,以错流旋转填料床为脱硫设备,采用自制的络合铁脱硫液进行脱硫实验。考察了不同配方溶液、气体流量、脱硫液流量、液气比、超重力因子等因素对脱硫率的影响。研究结果表明,配方溶液工作硫容可达4.25g/L;在气液接触时间仅为0.6s的情况下,脱硫率达到94%以上。错流旋转填料床络合铁法脱硫工艺可实现快速、高效脱硫,且脱硫设备体积小、操作弹性大,符合节能减排的发展趋势,有广阔的发展空间。Removal of H2S from the simulated industrial gas consisting of H2S and N2 was carried out in a cross-flow rotating packed bed reactor using several self-made iron chelate desulfurization solutions. The effects of different formula solutions, gas and liquid flow rates, liquid-gas ratio and high gravity factor were investigated in details. The results showed that the work sulfur capacity of the formula desulfurization solution could be up to 4.25g/L with a H2S removal efficiency of more than 94% and a gas-liquid contact time of only 0.6 s. The iron chelate solution cross-flow rotating bed desulphurization process showed a great potential for industrial application due to its advantages of small volume, rapid desulphurization, high desulphurization efficiency, low liquid-gas ratio and good operating flexibility and conforming to the developing trend of energy-saving and emission reduction.
