摘  要:采用浸渍法制备出负载型固体碱催化剂K2O/Na2O-SBA-15,以其催化大豆油和无水甲醇进行酯交换反应,考察了反应条件对生物柴油收率的影响。结果表明,在K2O,Na2O负载量均为3%(摩尔分数),催化剂用量(占原料油的质量分数)为3%,甲醇与大豆油的摩尔比为12,反应温度为65℃,反应时间为3 h的优化条件下,生物柴油收率可达92.65%。Solid base catalyst K2O/Na2O-SBA-15 was prepared by impregnation.The prepared catalyst was used to catalyze the transesterification between soybean oil and anhydrous methanol,and the effect of reaction conditions on the yield of biodiesel was investigated.The results showed that the yield of biodiesel reached 92.65% under the optimized conditions of the loading of both K2O and Na2O3% (mole fractions),the mass fraction of catalyst in raw oil 3%,the mole ratio of methanol to soybean oil 12,the reaction temperature 65 ℃,and the reaction time 3 h.
