摘　　要：组织租并不足以说明村社理性所具有的特质,村社制度所内涵的,除了长期演进的重复博弈结构中形成的具有工具理性特性的"队生产"形态,还包括以血缘认同和村落共同体认同为基础的具有价值理性性质的家庭内代际分工和外部协作行为。这一价值形态和生产关系及其所依赖的小农经济,即为小农村社制度,它实质上是人地关系高度紧张条件的制约下,农耕文明演进路径依赖地形成的内生性生产与治理结构。豫南村落自主治理实践形态表明,当前"三农"问题的重要根源在于乡村巨变导致乡土伦理价值体系的式微与村社制度的瓦解。因此,"三治"问题的解决需要重建以村社理性为核心的小农村社制度。The organization rent is not enough to state the village and community rationality＇s charac- teristics. Besides the ＂team production＂ with the characteristic of instrumental rationality formed in long term evolutionary repeated game structure, the connotation of village system also includes generation divi- sion in family and external cooperation behaviors with the nature of the rational value on the basis of blood relationship identity and village community identity. This value form and production relations, as well as the small-scale peasant economy they rely on, make up the small village system, and the essence of which is, in the circumstance of high-strung tension between man and land, the endogenous production and gov- ernance structure formed on agricultural civilization evolution path. The independent management practice form of a village in southern Henan Province shows that, the important root of the current Three Rural Is- sues is the local ethical valuers collapse and village system＇s disintegration, and the governance of them need to rebuild the village system of small-scale peasant with the village and community rationality as the core.
