摘 要:在现代汽车技术中,橡胶衬套的应用越来越广泛,对车辆NVH性能的影响越来越重要。但在使用过程中,橡胶衬套的检查和维护极其不便,直到发生断裂后经过反复检查才能知道,造成很大的经济损失。文章对某副车架橡胶衬套潜在的失效模式及机理进行分析,在此基础上对进行现行过程控制预防,对提高橡胶衬套的使用寿命,具有非常重要的意义。The rubber bushing is much more widely used than before in modem automotive engineering. Its influence on the Vehicle NVH Performance becomes more and more important. The Inspection and maintenance for the rubber bushing are extremely inconvenient during the process of using. It is hard to know what the problem is until we check and recheck after the rubber bushing is break which causes huge economic loss. This paper analyses the potential failure mode and the mechanism of the rubber bushing of a subframe, and then proposes some measures on the control and prevention. These measures are important in extanding the life span of the rubber bushing.
