金双歧预防神经外科重症患者腹泻的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻饲早期给予金双歧预防神经外科重症患者腹泻效果。方法选择神经外科收治的重症患者102例,随机分为观察组与对照组各51例,对照组行常规肠内营养,观察组在常规肠内营养的基础上加鼻饲金双歧,对两组患者发生腹泻情况、腹泻持续时间及腹泻次数进行对比分析。结果观察组发生腹泻3例(5.9%),对照组发生腹泻19例(37.3%),且观察组腹泻持续时间和腹泻次数低于对照组。两组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻饲金双歧可有效预防和减少神经外科重症患者腹泻。Objective Discussion Golden bifid given early nasogastric neurosurgery patients with severe diarrhea prevention effect.Methods Select neurosurgery hospital admitted 102 patients with severe,were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 51 cases,The control group underwent conventional enteral nutrition,observation group on the basis of conventional nasogastric enteral nutrition jinshuangqi on Two groups of patients with diarrhea,diarrhea duration and frequency of diarrhea were analyzed.Results Observation group,3 cases of diarrhea （5.9%）,19 cases of diarrhea in the control group （37.3%）,The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; And the observation group,the duration of diarrhea and diarrhea than the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Nasogastric Golden bifid can effectively prevent and reduce neurosurgical patients with severe diarrhea.
