摘　　要：目的:探讨腺样体切除在治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎中的作用。方法:回顾分析48例慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大患儿的临床资料,分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组28例经规范药物治疗后行腺样体切除及功能性内镜鼻窦手术;对照组20例单纯药物治疗。结果:6个月后随访,治疗组18例治愈,9例好转,1例无效,总有效率96.4%,无并发症发生;对照组总有效率60%。两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对伴有腺样体肥大的慢性鼻窦炎患儿行腺样体切除术可取得良好治疗效果,并明显提高患儿生活质量。Objective ：To explore effiects adenoidectomy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children. Metheds ：48 children with chronic nosal sinusitis attended our department,and they wrer randomly divided to control groups （n=20 drug therapy alone）, The Clinical date were analyzed retropetively.Result：48 Cases were followed up af- ter six mouths,the treatment group was 96.4%,efficemy of control group was 60%,the efficiency different between the two groups was satistically signiticant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The satisfactory therapentical effect can be achieved by adenoidectomy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children accompanied adenoidal hypertrophy, children showed a dramatic improvement on quality of life.
