前列腺穿刺合并大肠埃希菌败血症1例的护理

摘　　要：报道1例前列腺穿刺合并大肠埃希菌败血症患者的观察和护理。住院期间患者多次出现无诱因寒战、高热,护理工作中做到随时观察病情并积极采取相应措施,根据该患者的病情及心理、生理特点采取了物理降温、血检及肠道准备等,加强了对该患者及其家属的心理护理,使其积极配合治疗和护理。患者病情得到控制,经相应治疗和护理取得了较为显著的效果。We have a case of Escherichia colisepsis after transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy.High fever with no clear trigger occurred many times when patient was in hospital.According to the patient＆#39;s condition and the psychological, physiological characteristics,physical drop in temperature and some pertinent psychological nursing measures should be apply in patient and their families. The anxiety of the patient was reduced by those nursing measures. And then the patient cooperated with treatment and care.Keeping a strict watch over the patient and taking corresponding nursing measures are important to control the complication and it has obtained good results.
