长三角地区区域统筹评价以及影响因素分析

摘　　要：区域经济统筹发展是区域经济增长的一种全新战略。通过对长三角地区的研究发现,长三角地区区域经济差异没有呈现收敛或发散规律,而是地区发展形势不断波动。区域差异与区域经济增长、产业结构之间存在着长期均衡关系,产业结构调整比经济增长在统筹区域发展中发挥着更加重要的作用。因此,在区域统筹发展中,要继续突出增长极的带动作用,同时保证社会公共服务均等化,实施协调区域关系,实行差异化的发展战略。Co-ordinate development of regional economy is a new strategy for regional economic growth. Through the research of the Yangtze River Delta region,The differences of regional economic did not show the convergence or divergence in regional development,but the situation is fluctuating.A long-run equilibrium relationship among regional differences,regional economic growth and industrial structure.Industrial structure adjustment is more important than economic growth in regional development.Therefore,it should continue to highlight the growth pole as leading role in the co-ordinate regional development,at the same time ensuring social equalization of public services,coordinating the implementation of regional relations,implement the development strategy of differentiation.
