摘  要:什邡蓬莱镇组气藏埋深差别大,储层非均质性强,地质特征和应力特征变化大,单一的压裂技术无法满足气藏开发需要,因此,有必要针对气藏地质特征和应力特征进行研究,从而提出具有针对性的压裂技术措施。研究发现蓬莱镇组纵向气层多,可选用分层压裂技术,尤其蓬二气藏各气层破裂压力基本一致,可以采用分层限流法工艺,同时改造多个层段,多层合采,提高压裂和生产的经济效益。蓬一储层部分井最小水平主应力低于20 MPa,可选用石英砂作为支撑剂,降低成本,针对大于20 MPa的储层选用陶粒作为支撑剂。蓬一、蓬二储层特性好、压力低、返排难、滤失量大,建议选用泡沫压裂液。蓬一气藏含水饱和度高,可减小入地液量;蓬二、蓬四储层发育,砂体宽,厚度大,可增大施工规模;蓬三砂体窄、厚度小,可减小施工规模。In Penglaizhen Formation of Shifang gasfield, the reservoir is characterized by large difference between burial depth, strong heterogeneity, and large variation in both geological and stress features. To use only one fracturing technology can not meet the demand of reservoir development. So, some research on these features was carried out, and some countermeasures against fracturing technology were put forward. Results show that(1) separated layer fracturing should be use for Penglaizhen Formation with plenty of gas layers on longitudinal;(2) a method of layering and current limit may be used for Penglaizhen 2 Member, in which every gas layer has roughly coherent fracturing pressure. A number of layers may be reformed and exploited at the same time, resulting in an increase of economic benefits;(3) quartz sand can be taken as a proppant in Penglaizhen 1 Member with minimum horizontal principal stress less than 20 MPa whereas ceramisite for more than 20 MPa;(4) foam fracturing fluid can be used for Penglaizhen 1 and Penglaizhen 2 members, which are characterized by better physical properties, low pressure, difficult flowback, and large filter loss;(5) for Penglaizhen 1 Member, fracturing-fluid content should be reduced because of high water saturation;(6) for Penglaizhen 2 and Penglaizhen 4 members, the fracturing can be enlarged due to developed reservoir, wide sandbody, and large thickness; and(7) for Penglaizhen 3 Member, the fracturing can be diminished due to shallow sandbody and small thickness.
