摘  要:川西浅层蓬莱镇组气藏天然气资源丰富,是川西各气田主力产层之一。针对蓬莱镇组的长水平段水平井,受埋深浅条件限制,仅依靠套管自身重力下放套管困难。早期部署的浅层水平井通过采用三开制井身结构解决套管下入难题。三开制井身结构钻井周期长、成本高,减少了长水平段水平井经济效益。结合套管下入摩阻影响因素分析,开展浅垂深长水平段水平井井身结构优化论证,提出尾管悬挂两开制井身结构方案,并配套加重钻杆送放尾管技术及套管扶正器优化设计措施。该方案应用于川西浅层30余口井,平均节约钻井周期约36%。With abundant gas resources, shallow Penglaizhen Formation gas reservoir, western Sichuan Basin, becomes one of the main producers in this area. Some horizontal wells of this formation have long horizontal interval and their burial depth is shallow. So, it is very difficult to run casing only depending on its own gravity. In the past, a casing program of one-one-one system was used for shallow horizontal wells. But, it may bring about either long drilling cycle or high cost, finally resulting in lower economic benefits. Inthis study, integrating with friction effects, another casing program of one-one system with liner hanging is presented; meanwhile, a technology of transmitting liner by weighted drilling pipe and a design of optimizing casing centralizer are proposed. This new system has been applied to more than 30 wells in shallow zones, saving about 36 % of drilling cycle on average.
