青黛克银丸对普萘洛尔致银屑病豚鼠血清细胞因子影响的研究

摘　　要：目的通过研究青黛克银丸对实验性银屑病豚鼠血清细胞因子白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-8、IL-10水平的影响,探讨青黛克银丸治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法采用5%普萘洛尔乳膏外涂豚鼠耳背皮肤建立银屑病样病理模型,再给予青黛克银丸治疗。分别采用放射免疫法(RIA)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定豚鼠血清中IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、IL-10的含量。结果与空白组比较,普萘洛尔致银屑病样皮损模型组动物血清IL-2和IL-8水平明显升高,而IL-4和IL-10水平显著降低;青黛克银丸能明显降低豚鼠银屑病皮损模型血清中IL-2、IL-8水平,并可显著提高IL-4、IL-10的含量表达。结论青黛克银丸治疗银屑病作用机制可能与其调节细胞因子平衡,改善皮肤免疫功能密切相关。Objective To explore the mechanism of Qingdaikeyin pills in the treatment of psoriasis by stud-ying the effects of Qingdaikeyin pills on serum interleukin （IL-2） ,IL-4 ,IL-8 and IL-10 level of experimental pso-riatic guinea pigs .Methods Five percent popranolol emulsion was applied on ears′back of guinea pigs to produce the psoriasis-like models ,and then the guinea pigs were treated with Qingdaikeyin pills .The content of IL-2 ,IL-4 ,IL-8 and IL-10 in serum was determined respectively by RIA and ELISA assay .Results Compared with the blank group ,the level of IL-2 and IL-8 of model group with psoriasis-like lesions evidently increased ,and the lev-els of IL-4 and IL-10 markedly decreased .Qingdaikeyin pills may clearly decreased the level of IL-2 and IL-8 of experimental psoriatic guinea pigs ,and evidently improved the expression of IL-4 and IL-10 in serum .Conclusion The mechanism of Qingdaikeyin pills in the treatment of psoriasis may be attributed to its regulation in balance of cytokines and improvement on immunity function of skin .
