摘  要:为有效解决主动配电网中电压波动问题,研制了基于TMS320F2812实现的30kVA动态电压恢复器。设计了主电路、DSP电路、电压电流测量电路、PWM驱动电路和故障保护电路。主电路功率器件采用智能功率模块PM300DVA120,为提高测量精度,采用可实现6通道同时采样的16位A/D芯片AD7656。基于同步参考坐标理论的电压定向控制策略,可实现输出补偿电压的同相反相控制。开关频率10kHz,死区时间5μs的稳态和暂态实验结果表明,所研制的DVR系统具有良好的动静态响应性能。此DVR系统可用于对电压稳定要求较高的主动配电网系统。A 30kVA dynamic voltage restorer based on TMS320F2812 is proposed in order to solve the problem of voltage fluctuation for active distribution network. The power circuit, DSP circuit, voltage and current measurement circuit, PWM drive circuit and protection circuit are also designed. The intelligent power module PM300DVA120 and 6-channel, simultaneous sampling 16-bit A/D converter AD7656 are adopted to construst power circuit and measurement circuit respectively. The output voltage of DVR can be controlled in phase or opposite phase with the voltage-oriented control based on synchronous reference frame theory. The steady state and dynamic state experimental results are given at the 10 kHz switching frequency with 5μs dead time. The DVR system presented in this paper has good performance of dynamic and static response so as to be used for the active distribution network that has the voltage stability need.
