摘  要:以刮板式生物质粉喂料机为研究对象,通过实验研究与数值拟合的方法,对该装置的喂料特性进行分析。研究结果表明:在刮板转速低于37r/min时,实测喂料速率比理论值略小,在37~55r/min区间内,实测喂料速率比理论值略大,进一步增加转速到55r/min以上时,喂料速率增加趋于缓慢,低于且逐渐远离理论值。相同工况状态下,物料粒径越小,喂料速率越大,且料筒内原始料位越高,喂料速率越高。The feeding characteristics of a scraper feeder were studied through experiments and digital simulation. The results show that there is considerable difference between theoretical feeding rate and measured value. When the rotating rate of the scraper feeder is less than 37r/min, the measured feeding rate is slightly smaller than the theoretical value. For rotating rate between 37r/min and 55r/min, the measured feeding rate is slightly larger than the theoretical value. And for rotating rate more than 55r/min, the increase of the measured feeding rate due to the increase of rotating rate drops slowly. Thus the measured feeding rate is becoming lower than the theoretical one. The particle size of biomass powder and the material level also affect the performance of the feeder considerably. The measured feeding rate increases with the decrease of the particle size and the increase of the material level.
