摘　　要：分析了ISP冶炼工艺含铅烟尘排放环节及含铅烟尘的特点,含铅烟尘的排放大多属于逸散和扬尘,含铅烟尘颗粒粒径小于10μm,目前生产中的除尘系统只能控制外排烟气中的烟尘浓度在30mg/m3左右,外排尾气中的含铅烟尘颗粒更细,在空气中呈气溶胶形式存在,增大了铅的污染范围。The emission and characteristic of lead-bearing dust in ISP melting process were analyzed.The particle diameter of lost-containing dust is under 10μm.The dust concentration is controlled as 30 mg/m3 by dust removal system in current production.Smaller particles in discharged dust tend to form aerosol particles in the atmosphere,resulting in a broader range of lead pollution.
