摘 要:用双螺杆挤出机加工纯聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC),研究了加工温度和螺杆转速对PPC热稳定性、力学性能和生物降解性的影响。热重分析表明随着加工温度的升高,PPC的热稳定性降低,其适宜的加工温度范围为135~150℃;螺杆转速越低,热稳定性越低。静态拉伸试验显示加工温度越高,转速越低,加工出的PPC力学性能越差。动态力学性能测试结果显示加工温度从135qC升至145℃,PPC的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)降低了5.9~8℃,转速从200rpm降至50rpm,Tg降低了2.1~8℃。在使用温度区间内(约20~35℃),加工出的PPC储能模量减小,刚性和抗变形能力减弱(200rpm加工出的PPC除外)。利用凝胶渗透色谱法测试生物降解前后PPC的分子量,结果表明加工后PPC的生物降解性优于未加工PPC的降解性,且加工温度越高,转速越低,生物降解程度越大。Effect of processing temperature and screw rotation speed on thermal stability, mechanical property and biode- gradability of pure poly propylene carbonate (PPC) extruded by twin screw extruder was systematically investigated. Ther- mal gravimetric analyses (TG) showed that the thermal sta- bility of PPC decreased with increase of processing tempera- ture and that the suitable processing temperature range was 135 - 150 ℃. Meanwhile,the lower screw rotation speed was, the lower its thermal stability was. Static tensile tests demon- strated that higher processing temperature and lower screw ro- tation speed can result in poor mechanical property. Dynamic mechanical property testing illustrated that glass-transition temperature (Tg) of PPC reduced by 5.9 -8 ℃ when pro- cessing temperature increased from 135 ℃ to 145 % and Tg was reduced by 2.1 - 8 ℃ when screw rotation speed de- creased from 200 rpm to 50 rpm. Storage modulus of pro- cessed PPC decreased, rigidity and resistance to deformation were weakened (except for that extruded under speed of 200 rpm) in temperature range of 20 - 35 ℃. Molecular weights of PPC before and after biodegradation were detected by gel permeation chromatography. Results indicated biodegradability of processed PPC was improved. The higher processing tem- perature and lower screw rotation speed were, the greater bio- degradability was.
