湖南县域经济差异变化的实证研究

摘　　要：以湖南县域的88个经济体为研究对象,将其划分为长株潭、洞庭湖、大湘西和泛湘南四大分区,采用泰尔指数法和基尼系数法,从空间分解和产业结构分解两个维度对湖南县域经济差异变动及其影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明:2001—2010年湖南县域经济差异不断扩大;从空间分解来看,县域经济差异主要是由区域内差异引起的,而区域间差异对县域经济差异的影响呈现不断扩大的趋势;从产业结构分解来看,第二产业是导致县域经济差异的最主要原因;从产业效应来看,产业结构效应和集中效应对湖南县域经济差异变化的影响较大。This paper takes the 88 counties and county-level cities in Hunan as research object,and divides them into four regions,that is, ChangZhuTan, Dongting Lake, the Western Hunan and the Southern Hunan. It empirically analyzes the change of county economy disparity and its influencing factors by employing Theil index and Gini index. The results show that,the county economy disparity in Hunan expands from 2001 to 2010. From the aspect of space structure,county e- conomy disparity is mainly caused by the disparity within the region, while the contribution of regional disparities is grow- ing. From the aspect of industrial structure, the second industry accounts for the most part of county economy dispari- ty. From the aspect of industrial effect,industrial structure and concentration effects have deep impacts on Hunan county economy disparity.
