中国信息化与新型工业化耦合格局及其变化机制分析

摘　　要：运用耦合协调度模型,通过建立中国区域信息化与新型工业化的耦合协调度评价指标体系,对中国31个省级单元的信息化与新型工业化耦合度和协调度计算后进行空间格局分析。研究发现,中国信息化与新型工业化系统整体上处于中低耦合阶段,东部省、直辖市(北京、天津)的耦合度、协调度相对较高,西北、西南省级单元则相对较低。根据各省级单元信息化与新型工业化耦合协调度可以将我国划分为信息化、新型工业化和谐区,信息化、新型工业化磨合区,信息化、新型工业化拮抗区及信息化、新型工业化低耦合区4个类型区。继而通过灰色关联度模型与个体效应与时间效应变截距模型分别探讨协调度的内外部机制。结果显示:从内部机制看,区域新型工业化的科技含量与人力资源要素对信息化程度高度依赖,但经营效率却受信息化程度影响相对较小;从外部机制看,居民生活水平与对外贸易对协调度的提升有重要作用,而工业规模的扩张对于二者的协调却产生负向效应,固定投资并未对协调度的变化产生显著影响。New industrialization constructs its coupling relationship with informatization through their individual factor＇ s interactive effect,by making use of the latter improve its comprehensive capability and offering market for the lat- ter. Based on coupling coordination degree model. The paper firstly build the comprehensive assessment indicators for in- formatization and new industrialization,then conduct an analysis on 31 Units at the provincial level following the calculat- ing of the coupling coordination degree between the two. It can be found that at the whole level, China is still on low-mid- dle couPling stage. Compared with northwest and southwest units, The coupling coordination degrees of east units, Bei- jing,Tianjin are relatively high. Based on the coupling coordination degree ,we divide all the units into four parts ：harmony district, gearing area, rivaling area, low area. Then we discuss the mechanism of their coupling relationship by gray con- nection model arid variable intercept model. The result shows ： standing on internal mechanism angle, new industrialization＇ s technological content and human resource factor are highly affected by informationization degree while operating effi- ciency isn＇ t. On external mechanism,the living standards and foreign trade are the key elements to improve coordination degree, in contrast, industrial size expansion produces a negative effect on it while fixed investment doesn＇ t make signifi- cant influence.
