摘  要:在考虑空间相互影响的前提下,分析中国省域文化创意产业发展的影响因素。首先,以2009年中国31个省、自治区、直辖市的年度数据为样本,采用全局Moran指数和局部Moran散点图对中国省域文化创意产业发展进行空间分析。然后,在文献回顾和梳理的基础上,利用空间计量模型分析了人才、技术、宽容、政策、基础设施这5个因素对省域文化创意产业发展的影响程度。研究发现:中国省域文化创意产业发展的空间作用主要是通过邻近省域间的溢出效应来体现,技术因素在推动当前中国省域文化创意产业发展中扮演重要的作用;其次是宽容和人才因素;而基础设施和政府政策这两个因素的影响力并不太显著。研究结论与国外已有研究有一定差异性。最后,就该研究结论展开了初步的讨论。The development of cultural and creative industries in China has caused the extensive attention of acade- mia. Based on considering the spatial interaction,the paper attempts to analyze the Influence factors of Chinese provincial cultural and creative industries development. First, the paper uses global Moran index and local Moran scatter plot with cross section data of 31 provinces in 2009 to assess the development level of provincial cultural and creative industries in China with spatial econometric method. Then, based on literature review and comb, the paper uses spatial econometric model to analyze the Influence degree of the five influence factors (that is talent,technology,tolerance,policy and infra- structure) to provincial cultural and creative industries development. This study founds that, the spatial interaction of the development level of Chinese provincial cultural and creative industries plays a role mainly through the spatial spillover effects of the output of nearby provincial cultural creative industry, technology is the important element in promoting the development of Chinese provincial cultural and creative industries;followed by tolerance and talent respectively;And the impact of infrastructure and policy are not significant. The conclusions of this study have some differences with interna- tional related research conclusion. Finally,this paper gives further discussion on the conclusion.
