摘 要:以锌盐和聚丙烯酰胺为主要原料制备了1种新型复合絮凝剂,利用该絮凝剂进行了处理焦化厂二沉池出水的试验,研究考察了pH值、絮凝剂用量、温度以及搅拌速度对去除污染物的影响。结果表明,当絮凝pH为10,絮凝剂投加量为1.2mL/L,慢搅拌速度为75r/min时,CODCr和浊度的去除率最高,分别为76.02%和8.1%,而温度对絮凝效果影响甚微。研究还进行了聚合硫酸铁和聚合氯化铝絮凝剂的类比试验.相比而言,锌基复合絮凝剂处理焦化废水的效果明显更优。A zinc-based compound flocculant was prepared with zinc salts and polyacrylamide, and its application to the treatment of coking wastewater from secondary settling tank was conducted. The effects of pH value, dosage, temperature and stirring speed on the removal of pollutants were investigated. The results indicated that when the pH value, flocculant dose and stirring speed were controlled at 10, 1.2 mL/L and 75 rpm, the removal rates of CODc, and turbidity could reach 76.02% and 98.1%, respectively, whilst there was a little influence of temperature on the flocculation. Furthermore, the zinc-based compound flocculant has shown much better performance than polymeric flocculant of ferric sulphate or aluminium chloride.
