摘  要:以转抗凝血酶Ⅲ(ATⅢ)、β-干扰素(IFN-β)、乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)基因奶山羊为实验材料,非转基因山羊为对照组,运用常规镜检、酶联免疫分析、全自动生化分析仪等方法,从精液品质、精浆生化指标、血常规、血清生化指标等方面系统评价转基因公羊的繁殖能力与健康状况。结果表明:常规镜检精子活力、精子密度、活精子百分数、精子质膜完整率、精子顶体完整率及精子呼吸强度各项指标与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05);精浆锌、中性α-葡萄糖糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶、果糖含量差异均不显著(P>0.05);血常规指及血清生化指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。初步证实,外源基因抗凝血酶Ⅲ、β-干扰素、乙肝表面抗原的导入对转基因山羊的繁殖性能及健康状况均未产生不良影响。The transgenic antithrombin Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ), interferon-β(IFN-β), hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)milk goat was as the experimental material, non transgenic goat was as the control group. The reproductive capacity and health state of transgenic male goat were assessed from semen quality, biochemical indexes of seminal plasma, routine blood and serum biochemical indexes through the method of conventional microscopy, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, full automatic biochemical analyzer. Results showed that sperm motility, sperm density, percentage of live sperm, the sperm plasma membrane integrity rate, sperm acrosome intact rate and sperm respiration intensity were not different form control group (P〉0.05); the content of seminal plasma zinc, neutral α-glucosidase , acid phosphatase and fructose were not different (P〉0.05); routine blood indexes and serum biochemical indexes were not different(P〉0.05). It was confirmed that the exogenous gene transfer about antithrombin Ⅲ, interferon-β, hepatitis B surface antigen had no effect on the reproductive capacity and health state of transgenic goat
