我国零售产业安全的区域差异性研究——基于外资冲击的视角

摘　　要：基于零售业区域市场间竞争的相对独立性与差异性特征,构建了评价我国各区域零售产业安全的4维度10个指标的指标体系,并利用因子分析法实证分析了我国各地区零售产业安全现状。研究结果表明,我国零售产业有越来越不安全的趋势,且产业安全存在区域差异性,在四大直辖市等地区的零售产业安全现状不容乐观。这主要是由于各地区零售业发展的差异、开放时间和程度的差异、外资最初进入时本土零售企业的竞争力差异及本土零售业态结构不完善造成的。建议通过差异化对待不同地区外资零售企业,提高本土零售企业竞争力,完善整个零售生态系统来改善我国零售产业安全状况。Based on the characteristics of relative independence and differences in China＇s regional retail market competi- tion, this article builds a 4-D evaluation index system with 10 indicators to measure the retail industrial security. Then, it uses the factor analysis to analyze the retail industrial security in China＇s different regions. The research results show that there is an increasingly insecure trend and the differences among different regions in China＇s retail industrial security. In the 4 direct-con- trolled municipalities, etc. , the situation is not optimistic in retail industrial security, mainly due to the differences in regional retail development, time and degree of opening-up, local retails＇ competitiveness and imperfect structure of retail formats. This article suggests that differentiated treatment should be taken for foreign retailers in different regions, the competitiveness of do- mestic retail enterprises should be increased, and the entire retail ecosystem should be improved to enhance the security of China＇s retail industry.
