摘 要:为研究不同添加水平代谢有机酸对生长育肥猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,本试验选用144头平均体重为(19.83±1.10)kg的长×大二元杂交健康猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复12头猪,且公母各半。A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,B、C、D组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加3.75‰、5.00‰和6.25‰代谢有机酸产品。结果显示:与对照组相比,6.25‰组育肥猪的末重提高了8.89%(P <0.05);血清高密度脂蛋白含量提高30.86%(P <0.05);试验75~105 d和全期平均日增重分别提高了22.48%(P<0.01)和11.59%(P<0.01),平均日采食量分别提高了15.17%(P<0.01)和10.29%(P<0.05)。此外,随着代谢有机酸添加水平的提高,血清总蛋白含量、血清淀粉酶和碱性磷酸酶活性均呈增加趋势;血清尿素氮、总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量均显降低趋势,但各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,日粮添加6.25‰代谢有机酸可显著提高生长育肥猪的生长性能,一定程度上改善其血清生化指标。The experiment was conducted to determine effects of dietary supplementation of metabolic organic acid on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of growing-finishing pigs.A total of 144 crossbred (Landrace ×York-shire)pigs with an average body weight of (19.8±1.10)kg were randomly allotted to 4 groups with 3 replicates per of 12 each with male and female evenly divided.The control group(A)was fed with a basal diet,the experimental groups(B,C and D)were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 3.75‰,5.00‰ and 6.25‰ metabolic organic acid.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the final weight and serum high density lipoprotein of growing-finish-ing pigs fed the basal diet supplemented with 6.25‰ metabolic organic acid was significantly increased by 8.89%(P <0.05) and 30.86%(P<0.05),in the period of 75~105 days old and the whole period,the average daily gain of growing-finishing pigs fed the basal diet supplemented with 6.25‰metabolic organic acid was significantly increased by 22.48%(P< 0.01) and 11.59%(P < 0.01),the average daily feed intake was significantly increased by 15.17%(P < 0.01) and 10.29%(P < 0.05).In addition,the content of serum total protein,the activity of serum amylase and alkaline phosphatase tended to increase,and the content of serum urea nitrogen,cholesterol and triglycerides showed a decreasing tendency with dietary supplementation of metabolic organic acid increasing (P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with 6.25‰metabolic organic acid could significantly increase growth performance and improve serum biochemical indices to some ex-tent of growing-finishing pigs.
