摘  要:钻井过程中低渗储层保护难度大于常规储层,而常规储层保护技术难以达到有效保护低渗储层的目的。对成膜剂LCM-8和具有较强润湿反转作用的表面活性剂FCS-8进行性能评价,并将二者相结合,在此基础上提出了保护储层新概念,建立了"协同增效"型保护低渗特低渗储层钻井完井液新技术。室内实验证明,采用该项新技术,岩心渗透率恢复率可达90%以上。现场试验证明,该项新技术可使油井增产达1.5倍以上,储层保护效果显著,具有较广的应用前景。During drilling,it is more difficult to protect the tow permeability reservoir than protection of conventional reservoir while the reservoir protection technology available for conventional reservoirs can hardly work for effective protection of low permeability reservoir.The performance of LCM-8 film forming agent and FCS-8 surfactant with strong wettability reversal effect is evaluated and a new concept of reservoir protection by use of combination of both agents is proposed to establish a new 'synergistic' technology of drilling and completion fluids for low permeability reservoir protection.It is shown from tab experiments that the rate of core permeability recovery gained by this new technology can be as high as 90%and more.It is proven from Field pilot that this new technology allows well production increase over 1.5 times,showing remarkable effect of reservoir protection and haying wide prospect for application.
