摘 要:水平井分段射孔完井可在出水后封堵出水段,延长油井寿命,节约完井费用,应用前景广阔。综合考虑底水油藏边界的影响、孔眼间的相互干扰、污染带及孔眼对入流的影响、射孔段的变质量不规则管流等因素,耦合油藏渗流、近井筒入流及井筒管流,建立了产能预测模型,并进行了实例计算及影响因素分析。结果表明:增加射开程度和水平段长度,产量增加,但增幅减小;增加射开段数,产量小幅增加;增加井筒直径,产量降低。Segmentally perforated horizontal well technique is prospective,since the perforation section coned by bottom water run he plugged,which helps to increase the life of horizontal well and curtail the cost of completion.Considering the impact of the boundary of bottom water reservoir,the interaction of perforatins,the influence on inflow caused by damaged zone and perforation,irregular pipe flow of variable mass in perforation section,and coupling the seepage in reservoir,inflow near wellborne and pipe flow in wellbore,the productivity forecast model is established and used to forecast productivity and analyze the influence factors.The results reveal that the productivity enhances at a lower rate when the perforation extent and the length of horizontal section are increased,the productivity improves marginally when the perforation intervals are increased,while the productivity declines when the wellbore size is increased.
