摘  要:汽车蓄电池支架的设计既要考虑其强度及冲压工艺性,又要节省发动机舱空间。其总成多采用"Z字型"和"几字型"结构,以及"整体焊接"与"整体安装"的安装形式。针对设计中出现的问题,提出增大倒角部分半径和沉台拔模角度以及降低沉台深度(≤7 mm)的解决措施。利用CAE有限元分析对加装电动真空泵支架的蓄电池支架进行模态和刚度特性分析,经模型优化使电动真空泵支架局部模态频率由30.47 Hz增加到39.2 Hz,大于参考值(35 Hz),满足了模态要求。对其他零件的设计具有一定的借鉴意义。Design of vehicle battery bracket not only focuses on the strength and pressing technology, but also emphasizes on the space saving of engine compartment. The battery bracket presents "Z" shape and shows "integrated welding" and "integrated installation" structure. The countermeasures for enlarging the chamfer radius and pattern draft (≤7 mm) were put forward emphasizing on the design problems. Using CAE to simulate the battery bracket and analyze its rigidity property is introduced, the partial modal frequency was increased from 30.47 Hz to 39.2 Hz through the modal optimization, which exceeded the reference value( 35 Hz), this partial modal frequency meets the modal requirements. This design method has great significance for the other design.
