摘　　要：提出了建设固废中试基地构想的背景和原由,介绍了目前国内外固废中试基地的进展。在此基础上构建了有关固废中试基地的经营管理模式、管理机制和中远期的发展设想,并提出了发展建议。The background and reason of some conception about constructing municipal solid waste pilot-plant were put forward.The progress of municipal solid waste pilot-plant at home and abroad was introduced.The operation and management mode,management mechanism,and medium and long term development conception for municipal solid waste pilot-plant were constructed on this basis.And the development proposals were put forward.
