摘  要:目的探讨土茯苓提取物对消化道肿瘤细胞的体外作用。方法采用MTS法,观察不同浓度的土茯苓提取物对4种消化道肿瘤细胞增殖的影响,流式细胞仪检测细胞周期和细胞调亡率。结果土茯苓提取物对Eca-109、SGC-7901和COLO205细胞有增殖抑制作用,抑制率与药物浓度呈正比,对JF305细胞无明显增殖抑制作用。其可诱导Eca-109、SGC-7901细胞S期细胞明显增加,细胞凋亡率随药物浓度的增加而增加。结论土茯苓提取物对Eca-109和SGC-7901细胞具有抑制增殖、诱导S期细胞增加和诱导细胞凋亡的作用;对COLO205细胞增殖也有一定抑制作用,但对JF305无明显增殖抑制作用。Objective To study the effects of glabrous greenbrier rhizome extracts on tumor cells in alimentary tract in vitro. Methods MTS method was used to observe the effects of different extracts of glabrous greenbrier rhizome on tumor cells proliferation in alimentary tract in vitro. Flow cytometry was used to detect the cell cycle and apoptosis rate. Results The extracts of glabrous greenbrier rhizome had inhibitive effects on the proliferation of Eca-109 and SGC-7901 cell and could induce the increase of cells in S period and the apoptosis. The apoptosis rate increased along with the increase of drug concentration. Conclusion The extracts of glabrous greenbrier rhizome have inhibitive effects on the proliferation of Eca-109 and SGC-7901 call and can induce the increase of cells in S period and the apoptosis. Those also have certain inhibitive effect on the cell multiplication of COLO205, but no obviously inhibitive effect on the cell multiplication of JF305.
