摘　　要：金融深化进程中人民柬内外政策的协调问题十分重要。文章从本外币政策协调的含义入手，在结合日本、美国本外币政策协调的个案分析基础上，对我国人民币内外政策的协调的现状和成因展开剖析，并提出在人民币经常项目可兑换到资本项目可兑换的过渡期内，在有管理的浮动汇率制度下，人民币内外政策的协调如何进行适当的调整和改革。In the process of financial deepening in China, the balance on the monetary and foreign exchange policies turns out to be very important. This article first explains this concept, and then give a deep insight into the practices in U. S. and Japan. On this base, the article makes a detailed analysis on the situation and bases of the coordination between monetary and exchange policies in China, and at the same time , points out in the process of openning its current and capital acconnt,how to realign and reform the relations between monetary and exchange policies in China under tha managing floating-rate system.
