临床肿瘤学研究生培养模式初探

摘　　要：广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院以肿瘤学研究生培养的实践调查结果为基础,客观分析现行体制下肿瘤学研究生培养模式的种种弊端。在借鉴国外肿瘤学研究生培养模式的基础上,提出病例随访、人文督导、住院医师培养、循证医学、义诊活动相结合的临床肿瘤学研究生培养新模式。新模式的开展取得了可喜的教学成果。Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University has objectively analyzed the disadvantages of the traditional training program for oncology postgraduate based on a survey of practice. The new training program for oncology postgraduate referred to foreign experience included follow-up of cases, narrative-based instruction, residency training, evidence-based medicine and free treatment. This program has obtained gratifying results.
