摘　　要：人性化护理是优质护理的重要组成部分,其核心是"以人为本,体现人文精神,尊重患者的生命价值、人格尊严和个人隐私"。人性化护理不仅要以疾病护理为主,更要以病人为中心,从病人身心,从病人所处的社会环境等方面出发护理病人,使病人具备一个良好的心态,促进病患的康复,建立和谐的护患关系。Humanistic care is an important part of high quality nursing care, its core is ＂people-oriented, humanistic spirit, re- spect for patients＂ life value, dignity and privacy＂. Humane care not only to care, but also to take the patient as the center, from the patient＇s body, and the social environment, so that patients have a good state of mind, to promote the rehabilitation of patients, to establish harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
