摘　　要：近年来,随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,诚信在经济社会生活中的作用和地位显得越来越重要,各级政府逐步加大了建设诚信政府的力度,力促提高政府公信力。然而,在地方经济发展过程中,不少地方通过干预统计考核来达到提高政绩的效果,这让统计考核在建设诚信政府中失去了应有的作用。统计考核作为一种与干部管理挂钩的考核机制,如何让其充分发挥"正能量",在推进各地诚信政府建设中发挥重要作用值得思考。In recent years, with constant improvement of China＇s socialist market economic system, the status of credibility in the economic and social life has become increasingly important. All levels of governments in China have gradually enhanced building the honest government campaign aimed to raise the public credibility. However, in the process of local economic development, many places by intervening effect of raising achievement which statis- tical evaluation, statistical evaluation in building honest government lost its role. Statistical evaluation as a manage- ment for linking, and how to make their full play ＂positive energy＂, play an important role in promoting the con- struction of honest Government worthy of our consideration.
