摘　　要：维A酸类药物是一组与天然维生素A结构类似的化合物,至今维A酸类药物治疗疣状表皮发育不良的文献报道仅有十几篇。有作者报道口服维A酸类药物对疣状表皮发育不良具有一定的临床疗效,但报道的例数均较少,并且还需更系统的对照研究证实。Retinoids are compounds of similar structures to natural vitamin A. Till now, there are only a few reports that cover Epidermodys- plasia verruciformis treated with retinoids. Cer- tain clinical efficacy of Retinoids in dealing with Epidermodysplasia verruciformis has beenproved yet the number of the cases is not enough and requires further systematical comparable re- search.
