从《唐·新修本草》看唐代骨伤用药特点

摘　　要：目的:研究《唐·新修本草》中骨伤用药的特点。方法:对《唐·新修本草》中用于治疗骨伤疾病的药物进行分类统计分析,从而鉴别出其种类、属性和药物特点。结果:共有244味药物纳入研究,主要功效分为接骨续筋、疗伤止血、散瘀止痛、温经除痹、强筋骨利关节、疗髓骨疽、疗金疮刃不出、骨伤禁忌等八类。药材来源有玉石、草、木、禽兽、虫鱼、果、菜、米等八种,其中以草类为主,占40.57%。244味药物中按"三品分类法"分类的有213味,其中上品药占40.85%、中品药占34.27%、下品药占24.88%。书中还记载了治疗髓骨疽和拔出刀刃所使用的药物,同时还提出了骨伤疾病所不宜服用的药物。结论:唐代治疗骨伤疾病的药物体系已相当完善;草类药物是治疗骨伤疾病的主要药物来源;唐代治疗骨伤疾病遵循"三期分治"的原则。Objective：To analyze the medication characteristics of orthopedics in Tang Dynasty from ＂Don ＊ Newly Revised Materia Medica＂. Methods： The medications of Orthopedics from ＂Don ＊ Newly Revised Materia Medica＂ were classified and statistical analyzed, then to identify the types, properties and characteristics of the drug. Results：A total of 244 herbal medicines included in this study, which were divided into eight categories according to its main effects, such as correct fracture and finish the soft tissue, heal the wounds and bleeding, remove congestion and mitigation pain, warm meridian and releases arthralgia, strong bones and joints, therapy bone marrow necrosis, treatment of sore and metal blade stays in vivo, and taboos of orthopedics. The medicines came from eight categories, such as jade, grass, trees, animals, insects, fish, fruit, vegetables, and rice, The grass was the main source, accounting for 40.57%. Two hundreds and thirteen herbals were categorized by ＂ Three grade Classification＂, the high-grade drugs were accounted for 40. 85%, the middle-grade drugs were accounted for 34.27%, and the low-grade drugs were accounted for 24.88%. Conclusion：The medication system of orthopedics in Tang Dynasty has been well-established, and the grass is the main souree. The principle of ＂three ways to three periods respectively＂ has been used to treatment of orthopedics disease.
