摘　　要：从漫射理论出发 ,推导出了组织体漫反射率与约化散射系数和吸收系数之间的唯一性关系 .利用组织光学液体模型模拟组织体 ,实验验证了理论推导的正确性 .Based on the principles of diffuse reflectance, the unique relationship between diffuse reflectance and transport scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient in biotissue is deduced. The correctness of theoretical deduction is invalidated by the experiments using optical simulation phantom of tissue. These results have important application value in the noninvasive measurement of tissue optical properties.
