外周血中性粒细胞体积、电导率、光散射参数对急性细菌感染性疾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨急性细菌感染性疾病患者外周血中性粒细胞（NE）体积（V）、电导率（C）、光散射（S）参数（VCS参数）的临床意义.方法 利用Beckman Coulter LH750全自动血液分析仪VCS技术测定84例急性细菌感染性疾病患者（观察组）以及50例健康体检者（对照组）NE平均体积（MNV）、NE体积分布宽度（MNV-SD）、NE平均电导率（MNC）、平均光散射（MNS）.结果 观察组的外周血MNV、MNV-SD、MNC显著高于对照组,MNS则低于对照组（t=5.865、11.054、11.048、-5.102,均P＜0.01）.结论 外周血中性粒细胞VCS参数能够帮助临床诊断细菌感染性疾病.Objective To investigate the clinical significance of peripheral neutrophils （NE） volume, conductivity and laser scatter（VCS） parameters in the patients with acute bacterial infection. Methods The VCS param- eters such as mean volume （MNV） ,volume distribution width （MNV-SD） ,mean conductivity （MNC） and mean la- ser scatter （MNS） of NE in 84 patients with acute bacterial infection and 50 healthy subjects were detected by Beck- man Coulter LH750. Results Compared with the healthy control group,the MNV, MNV-SD and MNC of the observa- tion group were higher,but MNS was lower（t =5. 865,11. 054,11. 048, -5. 102,all P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The VCS parameters of NE could sensitively and specifically provide help to the clinical diagnosis of the acute bacterial infection.
