摘  要:目的 观察经侧裂-岛叶显微手术清除基底节区脑出血的治疗效果.方法 72例接受手术治疗的基底节区脑出血患者按数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各36例,观察组采用经侧裂-岛叶显微手术清除基底节区脑出血,对照组采用经颞部皮层或脑沟入路显微手术清除脑内血肿.比较两组临床治疗效果.结果 观察组有效率86.11%,高于对照组的58.33%(χ2=10.13,P〈0.05).结论 经侧裂-岛叶显微手术清除基底节区脑出血可有效清除血肿,损伤较小,同时可促进神经功能的恢复,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the sylvian-isiand leaves microscopic surgery for removing the basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 72 patients with basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage who received surgical treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases in each group. The observation group was given sylvian-island leaves microscopic surgery to remove basal ganglia hemorrhage, while the control group was given the temporal cortex or sulci microsurgery surgery to remove intracerebral hematoma. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after the treatment. Results The effective rate of the observa- tion group was 86.11% ,which was significantly higher than 58.33% of the control group (X^2 = 10.13 ,P 〈0.05). Conclusion Sylvian-island leaves microscopic surgery for removing basal ganglia hemorrhage can effectively remove the hematoma, and it has less damage to brain tissue, at the same time it can promote the recovery of neurological function, which is worth to be promoted in clinical.
