摘　　要：基于对成品油协同监管框架,针对成品油协同监管服务应用示范中的关键性问题进行研究和分析,提出了一种成品油协同监管应用示范模式框架。以商务部及地方商务管理部门的需求为导向,对该模式框架中的平台部署模式、数据采集模式、数据交换模式、信息协同模式等核心模式进行了设计,旨在提高成品油协同监管服务平台推广实施的科学性、可行性、普适性和可复制性,为该平台的全国范围应用提供了创新性模式支撑。Based on oil synergetic management framework,researching and analyzing key problems in the process of oil management services demonstration.Proposing a application demonstration mode framework for implement of oil management platform.According to requirements of Ministry of Commerce of the People＇s Republic of China and it＇s local sector,design kernel mode in this framework such as deployment mode,data gathering mode,data exchanging mode,information synchronization mode,in order to enhance universality,scien tificity,replicability and provide the innovative mode supports for spreading of oil management.
